Issue#101: How to Organize Self-Guided Press Trips
February 15, 2016
Greetings Fellow Travel Writers and Bloggers!

Things are getting exciting around here. My Complete Travel Writer’s Marketing Workshop starts in only 5 days!

I’ve put the finishing touches on the agenda, all the guest speakers are ready to go, food has been ordered, and most importantly the workshop participants are getting jazzed.

I received dozens of emails from people who said they wish they could attend but couldn’t fit it in this year. Many people are traveling, and others have jobs or other business matters that take priority. The timing just wasn’t right.

Just so you know, I plan to do other workshops in the future. So if you couldn’t make it this time around, there will be other opportunities. Stay tuned, read this weekly e-zine, stay connected on Facebook and you’ll know when the next ones are planned. I'll send out details just as soon as I'm able to do it.

This week's featured post ...

This week’s post is a small glimpse into what we’ll be talking about in Seattle later this week. It’s about my favorite kind of press trip - the self-guided FAM tour.

Read the article for advice about why self-guided FAMs are my favorite kinds of trips, and how to plan your own self-guided press trips.
